Full Coverage

The Yodel brand is starting to disappear to be entirely replaced by InPost, even ‘Yodel by InPost’ is to be retired both on the web and with the retirement of the Yodel mobile app. Soon, Yodel by InPost accounts will no longer be available. You’ll need to download the InPost app to keep your saved preferences and continue managing your parcels.

If you download the InPost app and sign in using the same phone number linked to your Yodel by InPost account, InPost will automatically bring over your account preferences so you can get started straight away.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll be able to track your Yodel by InPost parcels in the InPost app & web, bringing you an all-inclusive parcel experience and one easy-to-use app. Upselling InPost to Yodel consumers As Yodel by InPost moves over to InPost, consumers will now have access to the wider InPost network when choosing where their parcels are delivered.

This is a conscious decision to try and get more of us to drive to a locker to collect parcels, rather than the convenience of having them delivered to home. Useful if you have a parcel on the way and have to pop out, but expect InPost to push heavily to have all parcels delivered to lockers, even if you are at home ready to receive your purchase.

This means: More lockers More pick-up & drop off points More flexibility when sending and collecting parcels What’s changing? Consumers will start to see more communications, tracking updates and services moving over to InPost.

That means: All your messaging will come from InPost A new app and website experience from InPost All-in-one parcel tracking Access to lockers, parcel shops and home delivery updates all in one place Your notifications During the transition, you may receive updates from both Yodel by InPost and InPost.

Don’t worry – this is temporary while we move everything across. Top tips for migrating your account Check your addresses: Make sure your home address and safe place details are up to date, and while you’re there, why not try our new locker delivery preference?

Update your contact details: Double-check your email address and add a mobile number if you haven’t already. It’ll help keep everything running smoothly. Get the latest Yodel by InPost app: Be sure to use the newest version of the app so you’ll know exactly when it’s time to make the move.

Switch notifications on: Stay in the loop with updates, reminders and important migration info.
