Ron Gilbert, senior vice president of supply chain at Advance Auto Parts, told Digital Commerce 360 via email that the retailer is focused on growing ecommerce sales by deepening customer loyalty. That also ties into increasing repeat engagement among its do-it-yourself (DIY) customer base. In Q1, he said, Advance Auto Parts launched Advance Rewards.
He called it the retailer’s “modernized DIY loyalty program.” It replaces the retailer’s prior Speed Perks program, he noted. Advance Auto Parts is No. 90 in the Top 1000 Database. The database tracks North America’s largest online retailers, ranking them by annual ecommerce sales and more.
