Full Coverage

easyKiosk has officially launched its new Commerce Operating System designed to help merchants manage payments, point of sale, online ordering, delivery, loyalty and AI marketing from a single platform.

Part of the easy® family of brands founded by serial entrepreneur Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, creator of easyJet, easyKiosk aims to simplify the growing number of systems merchants often need to operate modern businesses. The platform has been built for hospitality, retail, leisure and multi-site operators and is available across web, Android and iOS.

Unlike traditional POS systems that focus primarily on transactions, easyKiosk combines point of sale, self-service kiosks, payments, customer engagement and operational tools into one connected environment.

The wider ecosystem integrates with easyPay, easyDelivery and easyMarketing, enabling merchants to manage sales, payments, fulfilment and customer acquisition through a connected technology stack.

The platform supports integrations with payment providers including Stripe, Elavon, Global Payments, NatWest Tyl and Worldpay, alongside a growing network of ecommerce, delivery partners. Merchants are increasingly being forced to manage multiple suppliers, multiple subscriptions and multiple disconnected systems.

Our vision with easyKiosk is to bring together the tools businesses use every day into one platform that is easier to operate, easier to manage and more affordable to scale.

– Amit Sagu, Co-Founder, easyKiosk The platform includes: Point of Sale (POS) Self-service kiosks SoftPOS and integrated payments Online ordering Delivery management Loyalty and rewards AI marketing tools Ecommerce integrations Reporting and analytics Multi-site management The launch comes at a time when many businesses are looking to reduce software complexity whilst improving operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Businesses don’t want ten different systems that don’t communicate with each other. They want one ecosystem that helps them sell more, operate more efficiently and create better customer experiences. That’s what easyKiosk has been built to deliver.

– Spencer Boylan, Marketing & Creative Director, easyMarketing The company says additional functionality, integrations and AI-powered features will continue to be released throughout 2026.
