Ambi Robotics and Pickle Robot said they have integrated their respective robotic systems to fully automate package moving, using artificial intelligence (AI) to power the process. The companies announced that their integration came in response to demand from Fortune 500 retail and logistics operators.
In addition, they said the result fully automates how they move packages from the trailer-unloading process through pallet stacking and warehouse-receiving operations. Ambi Robotics provides AI-powered robotics for commercial operations. Pickle Robot Company uses AI for supply chain applications and automated truck unloading.
Pickle robots generate terabytes of real-world data, according to the company. It then uses that data to improve system performance using AI and machine learning. Jim Liefer, CEO of Ambi Robotics, said in a statement that warehouse operators shouldn’t have to choose between top-tier technologies or smooth integration.
“As Physical AI transforms supply chains, interoperability will become increasingly important,” Liefer said. “We believe the future of warehouse automation will be built on collaboration across the industry, where specialized systems work together to solve complex operational challenges.
This deployment demonstrates that the next generation of automation will be built on interoperable Physical AI systems that combine the strengths of specialized technologies to create greater value for customers.” News Medline expands AI platform and warehouse robotics Mark Brohan | Mar 2, 2026
