Shipping platform provider Shippo announced updates to its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered “Shippo Intelligence,” adding insights and analytics features for merchants. Its latest updates to Shippo Intelligence are intended to help online retailers to better identify issues, reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
The new capabilities include AI-generated insights emails, interactive shipping performance maps and deeper cost visibility, according to Shippo. That includes surfacing an online retailer’s shipping costs, carrier performance and delivery outcomes, Shippo noted.
