Full Coverage
Pan-European FBA is a service provided for Amazon selling partners to sell their products to customers across Europe in an easier and faster way. Once you send your products to an EU fulfillment center, Amazon will store your inventory across their EU fulfillment network in the countries that you have enabled for inventory placement at no additional cost.
The changes are to support two relatively new Amazon countries – the Netherlands and Belgium. With Pan-EU FBA in the Netherlands and Belgium, you can reach thousands of new customers, help increase your FBA sales, and save on fulfilment fees.
From the 3rd of September 2026, all Pan-EU FBA products (new and existing) must have an active offer in the Netherlands in addition to existing listing requirements. Local fees apply when inventory placement is active in Germany. From the 26th of February 2027, you must also have an active offer in Belgium for Pan-EU FBA products, at enrollment.
Local fees apply when inventory placement is active in Germany or France What this essentially means is that selecting Germany as a country for active inventory placement will cover you with no need for further changes to your inventory distribution in the new year. N. B.
you must enable at least two countries for Amazon to store your products which can be any or all of France, Germany, Italy, Spain or Poland. However, you do need to ensure that you have an active store and list your eligible FBA products in all required Amazon European stores (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands) with the same SKU.
The Build International Listings tool helps you synchronise the offer prices, and create and translate offers from a single source store to one or more target stores. By the end of February 2027, you’ll also want to ensure that you have an active store and also list your eligible FBA products with the same SKU in Belgium to retain your Pan-EU FBA standing.
Pan-EU FBA is a bit of a gem as according to Amazon you could achieve up to 53% savings in fulfilment fees and increase your FBA sales by up to 24%.
