Evri Fulfilment invest £4m to expand network in Barnsley

Evri Fulfilment opens a 265,000 sq ft centre in Barnsley (live July 2026) with an 11:59pm next-day delivery cut-off and hourly injection into its delivery network. UK-based sellers on Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels get access to same-day dispatch 7 days a week, including Amazon Prime distribution support.
The 11:59pm cut-off is the real story — it closes the operational gap between SMBs and enterprise brands on late-order fulfillment, which directly impacts Amazon Prime eligibility and conversion on late-night purchases. UK sellers currently using 3PLs with earlier cut-offs should benchmark their current cut-off time against conversion rates on orders placed after 9pm.
Third-party logistics networks are aggressively closing the fulfillment speed gap between SMBs and enterprise retailers, intensifying competition for the Prime badge and same-day delivery expectations set by Amazon — UK sellers using legacy 3PLs face growing margin and conversion pressure.
If you're a UK-based Amazon seller using a 3PL with a cut-off before 10pm, contact Fulfilment-Enquiries@Evri.com before July 2026 to evaluate switching — late cut-offs directly affect Prime badge eligibility and buy box competitiveness.
In the next 30 days, pull your Amazon order time-of-day report and identify the revenue volume placed after 9pm — if it's significant, model the conversion lift from a later dispatch cut-off before Evri Barnsley goes live in July.
