Voila and Neuro go live inside Odoo through new Smart IT connector

The Despatch Company, the company behind Voila and Neuro, has partnered with Smart IT, the UK’s leading Odoo Gold Partner, to bring both platforms natively into Odoo.

Built by Smart IT, the connector is now live and supporting real customers, giving Odoo users a prebuilt route into Voila’s shipping network and Neuro’s multi-channel order management without writing a line of code. Odoo users have typically had to build and maintain a separate integration for every courier they want to offer.

The Smart IT connector removes that step. Once connected, orders from a business’s sales channels flow into Odoo through Neuro, and shipping labels are generated in Odoo through Voila, with tracking visible from the Voila back end throughout. The integration is built to suit two kinds of Odoo user.

Those who want to stay within Odoo gain access to more courier options without any extra development.

Those looking to expand beyond Odoo’s native capabilities can manage all of their shipping from within Voila and unlock its full toolset, including multi-carrier automation and real-time tracking, backed by Voila’s network of over 160 couriers and Neuro’s over 500 marketplace and sales channel connections, including Amazon and Shopify.

The two companies are planning a joint on-demand workshop to walk through the connected workflow end to end, from order through to label and tracking, and will be at Odoo’s London event on the 17th of November to meet users and partners in person.
