As shared in Pinterest’s second quarter 2026 results, the company delivered over $1. 1 billion in revenue, up 18% year over year, and reached 640 million global monthly active users, up 11% year over year, marking its 12th consecutive quarter of record users. In Europe, revenue grew 12% year over year.
Fintan joins the team at a time when Pinterest’s UK business is seeing strong engagement from leading brands and advertisers including Levi’s, Primark and Samsung, with partners increasingly turning to the platform to support their advertising strategies and connect with users at the intersection of inspiration, intent and action.
His appointment also follows the opening of a new London office that was inaugurated by The Mayor of London, Sir Sadiq Khan earlier in the Summer. Based in Oxford Circus it reflects Pinterest’s vision for a new era of shopping that brings visual search, AI, and physical retail together.
